Prof Dr Yahaya Ahmad, The Director of AUN-DPPnet gave a speech about the Book Publication No. 1
In conjunction with the 13th ASEAN University Network Rectors’ Meeting on 27 September 2022 in Laos, the Secretariat AUN-DPPnet was given an opportunity to launch the first book publication : The Policy, Legal and Institutional Framework of Inclusive Higher Education in ASEAN Countries.

The attendees of the launching ceremony were Rectors and representatives from AUN 30 member universities
Prof Dr Choltis Dhirathiti congratulated Prof Dr Yahaya Ahmad and Assoc Dr Melasutra Md Dali for the publication of The Policy, Legal and Institutional Framework of Inclusive Higher Education in ASEAN Countries.
The book was launched by the AUN Executive Director, Dr Choltis Dhirathiti witnessed by 30 AUN member universities rectors and representatives. The book received an overwhelming response from the universities as it has great potential to be implemented as a guideline for universities in ASEAN to prepare their learning environment to receive students with disabilities, namely, physical, visual, and hearing disabilities.

The Secretariat also invited one of the current scholar from Thailand, Miss Nitcharee Peneakchanasak to be part of the launching event which was held at Landmark Mekong Riverside Hotel, Laos.
